PROOFS - A full color proof for your approval will be available within 24 hours; if ordered Mon-Fri before 3 pm pacific standard time; otherwise it will be ready by noon the next business day.

TURNAROUND (See Map Below) - Orders will usually be shipped the business day after we receive your proof approval. Production time is approximate; for guaranteed deadline work, please put your deadline in the special instructions area of the order form.

SHIPPING - Standard UPS shipping is set; for faster delivery, choose 2 day or Next Day. This fee covers all the banners in your order, no mater how many or what size, so order several and save. Please provide a street address for UPS delivery.

GUARANTEE - We guarantee the accuracy of your order as shown on your final proof. Our banners are made of high-quality materials and can last for years, if installed, rolled and/or stored properly. Since handling, installation and storage are so critical and out of our control, we must limit our guarantee to 90 days.
